Warry Bonney, founder of ConnectEd Consulting LLC, is a dedicated educator with over a decade of experience in education from elementary to high school to higher education at Moreland University Teach-Now Program. With a Master of Arts in Education, specializing in reading and writing instruction K to 12, Warry has a passion for fostering literacy and academic growth.
Beyond the classroom, Warry's commitment to holistic development shines through her role as a wrestling coach with over 20 years of experience in the field of wrestling. Growth mindset, teamwork, and perseverance are the cornerstones of her philosophy.
As a mother and athlete herself, Warry brings a unique perspective to her work, understanding the importance of balance, resilience, and support in both academic and athletic pursuits. With a deep-seated belief in the power of education and leadership, Warry is dedicated to connecting and empowering others, whether it's through consulting, mentorship, professional development, program implementation, or community engagement.
Dr. Daphne Moriel de Cedeño

Dr. Daphne Moriel de Cedeño brings over a decade of educational expertise to the ConnectEd Consulting Team.
With a PhD in Educational Leadership, specializing in research, measurements, and statistics, Dr. Daphne Moriel de Cedeño shapes strategies and enhances programs for a diversity of teams and audiences from leaders to students and beyond.
Dr. Moriel de Cedeno Cedeño began as a high school Spanish teacher, later becoming a high school assistant principal in Texas. She entered the higher education space where she served as a director of research and data analytics. With perspective and experience through her teaching, coaching, and leadership roles, Dr. Moriel de Cedeño brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team.
Her leadership fosters innovation and continuous improvement, utilizing research and data to navigate the evolving educational landscape.
Dr. Kerri Ray Valencia

With over 22 years of experience in educational leadership and innovation across P-12 and higher education, Dr. Kerri Valencia has made a significant impact by challenging conventional practices and fostering positive change.
Her career as an educator and leader spans dual language P-12 classrooms and higher education teacher preparation. Holding pivotal roles such as Faculty Instructor, Director of Clinical Practice, and Chief Academic Officer, Dr. Valencia's focus has consistently centered on nurturing the next generation of educators, both within P-12 settings and higher education.
Dr. Valencia's expertise in language education is underscored by her commitment to fostering socio-cultural competence in diverse educational contexts across the United States and South America. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Spanish from The University of Wisconsin-Madison, a Master's in Instructional Technology from the University of Maryland Global Campus, and a Doctor of Education degree in Leadership for Change with a dual language focus from Fielding Graduate University.
In addition to her expertise in the Science of Reading, accreditation, organizational processes and systems, and curriculum development at both P-12 and graduate levels, Dr. Valencia serves as a trained volunteer reviewer for CAEP accreditation. Alongside her professional commitments, she devotes her time to mentoring with Youth Creating Change, advocating against discrimination with Communities United Against Hate, and serving as a board member with Maryland READS to support data-driven reading instruction in Maryland schools.
